Coaching is now acknowledged by many as a valuable management development tool.  Investing in an individual in this way, sends out a powerful message to the recipient that they are valued and have the potential to develop in key areas important to the business.

Rapport has a long history of coaching and mentoring individuals.  We do this in a variety of formats, using the latest technology such as VoIP(Skype) to offer flexibility and convenience for both parties as well as traditional face to face meetings.

Before undertaking any coaching project, we always insist on an evaluative visit to the client’s workplace to ensure that we have a sense of the organisational culture and politics.

In many of our modular courses, coaching is included as an integral part of the programme.  This ensures the transfer of skills back to the workplace and re-motivates delegates when they hit challenging situations.

Facilitation

Rapport has developed an enviable reputation for the facilitation of important or challenging meetings and conferences for their clients.
We are often called in to run strategic boardroom meetings when it is vital to achieve a good outcome in a short time and engage all participants in effective dialogue. We have recently worked with teams on organisational issues such as: mergers; acquisitions; change initiatives; poor performance and attendance; new leadership initiatives and employee engagement.

Working with teams within organisations is done through action learning sets, a really helpful way of facilitating change or brokering deals between difficult team members. It enables agreement of priorities by leadership groups, skills and confidence development through self managed learning and improves the effectiveness of business meetings.
