Our development time over the summer months is focused on preparation for delivery of five graduate induction programmes for one of our key clients in the autumn. We are also working on coaching projects with senior executives in the property development and printing machine industries. One key theme to emerge from our recent work with clients is managing personal and organisational change and how to shape a culture that meets business and market needs. We have a range of change leadership models, skills and techniques available to help you and your business manage the change transition.
